This is an appointment to discuss client interests, desired outcome, assess facial movements, and areas of volume loss while gathering health history and information to collaborate and develop a customizable treatment plan based on your individualized anatomy and aesthetic desires/needs. Consultation is complimentary, and treatment pricing will be discussed at this appointment.

2 Week Follow-Up

Your two week follow-up is for re-assessing if product dosing is effective. If needed or desired, additional product can be administered during the appointment for an additional cost at regular pricing. "Tox" cost is per unit.

Wrinkle Relaxers / "Tox"

'Tox' or Wrinkle Relaxers are injectables that help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing targeted areas of the face/skin/body with repetitive muscle movements and increased sweat glands. Pricing varies based on area(s) treated and number of units used. This appointment includes a free consultation and requires a 2 week follow-up appointment.

Injectable Filler

Dermal filler treatments add volume, smooth lines, and enhance facial contours while addressing concerns with wrinkles, lips and cheeks for a customizable and refreshed look. Injectable dermal fillers can: - plump thin lips - enhance shallow contours - soften facial creases - lessen the appearance of wrinkles. Pricing is contingent upon the area being treated and the number of syringes needed to achieve desired results. Swelling and bruising may occur for up to 2 weeks. All filler appointments include a free consultation and REQUIRE a two week follow-up appointment. Product pricing is per syringe and dependent upon choice of filler.

Chemical Peel

Professional grade chemical peel treatments: - exfoliate dead skin cells - improve skin texture - resurface areas of minor imperfections - address issues of: acne scars, hyperpigmentation, and fine lines. Physical peeling may or may not occur depending upon the chosen depth level of peel, skin condition(s) and/or skin damage prior to service. ***To protect your skin’s health and ensure optimal results, chemical peels will only be administered during the fall and winter months (typically October through March).*** Chemical peels increase skin sensitivity to sunlight, and UV exposure during warmer months can lead to increased risk of hyperpigmentation, prolonged redness and irritation, and compromised healing and results. We prioritize your safety and long-term skin health. By limiting peels to cooler, low-UV months, we help you achieve better results, minimize risk, and protect your investment in your skin.

Microneedling

Microneedling is a skin resurfacing procedure that uses small needles to repeatedly puncture the skin causing micro injuries with the purpose of increasing blood flow and generating new collagen to achieve firmer, smoother and evenly toned skin. This advanced skin rejuvenation treatment stimulates collagen production, improves skin texture and reduces the appearance of fine lines, scars, sun spots, and wrinkles. For best results, the recommended treatment plan follows a series of four to six services every 4-6 weeks. Epionce Calming Cream & Epionce Enriched Firming mask are applied after each treatment to calm skin and speed the healing process. *Redness, tightness and minor peeling during the healing process will occur. To prevent sun damage, avoid direct sun exposure and wear SPF 50 or greater during the treatment course to prevent hyperpigmentation, prolonged redness and irritation, and compromised healing and results.

PRP

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is advanced therapy for hair loss using growth factors to stimulate hair follicles, promote hair regrowth, and improve hair thickness and density for fuller naturally looking hair. Pricing begins at $550 per treatment and varies upon the number of areas treated. PRP services typically require a series of three treatments over 90 days with a yearly maintenance treatment.

PRF / PRFM - BIO Filler

A new, next generation all natural version of PRP using your own platelets to rejuvenate and re-energize your skin from within. PRFM is packed with growth factors and stem cell signals that stimulate collagen + elastin production providing smoother texture and fewer fine lines.

Bio Stimulator: Sculptra & Radiesse

Biostimulators are dermal filler injectables that stimulate the body's natural collagen production to improve skin tone and texture for long-term improvements. SCULPTRA is a gradual volumizer that helps replace lost collagen and restore deep underlying structure by smoothing wrinkles and improving facial laxity. Results can take at least 4 weeks to take effect and typically require multiple treatment sessions to achieve results that can last up to two years. RADIESSE is a non-inflammatory where calcium particles become embedded in the skin and act as a scaffold that promotes the growth of new surrounding tissue, collagen production and elastin. Treatment typically requires multiple sessions with results that can last up to 15 months.

Dissolve Filler

A treatment using Hyaluronidase to dissolve previous lip filler that is no longer desired or working appropriately. Treatment varies upon the type of filler being dissolved and the client's response to treatment. Desired results may require up to 1-3 vials and/or 1-3 sessions. Lips may be re-filled three weeks after the last dissolving treatment is completed. Pricing is per vial.

NuYu Teeth Whitening

NuYu is a non-contact teeth whitening service that is faster, safer and more effective than at-home programs. Using a thirty minute low level cool blue light laser, NuYu brightens and enhances the natural color of your teeth, reducing stains and discoloration with optimal results up to 2-14 shades lighter. The formula contains a desensitizer and has no citric acid to break down your enamel or cause sensitivity.

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is an exfoliating treatment that removes vellus hair (peach fuzz) and top layer dead skin cells using a surgical scalpel. This minimally invasive service promotes smoother skin texture, improves penetration of skincare products, and provides brighter complexion. Dermaplaning can be provided as a stand alone appointment, OR as an add-on to any additional service for only $25. *Redness and tightness of the skin may occur. To prevent sun damage and hyperpigmentation, avoid direct sun exposure and wear SPF 50 or greater during the treatment course.

Hydra Jelly Sheet Mask

The Hydra Jelly Sheet Mask hydrates, reduces inflammation, and exfoliates the skin while helping to retain moisture. After treatment, skin is left feeling smooth, toned, and refreshed. Can be used after microneedling or chemical peels as an add-on treatment paired with LED light therapy for added healing.

CryoClear- sun/age spots, skin tags

CryoClear is a highly effective, yet gentle cryotherapy treatment for age spots, sun spots, and skin tags. CryoClear treats the upper layer of the epidermis and is an ideal choice for exposed areas on the face, neck, chest, arms and hands.

EmSlim

Cupping

Cupping therapy is an ancient practice of alternative medicine where heated cups are applied to the skin to create suction. Suction increases blood flow through muscle tissues and mimics deep tissue massage that promotes relaxation while reducing pain and inflammation. Light massage oil is used and your choice of select aromatherapy essential oils can be added.

Late Cancellation

A late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file when an appointment is cancelled past the 48 hour window, as acknowledged and agreed upon in the waivers during the appointment process

No Show

A no-show fee will be charged to the card on file when the client fails to show for their scheduled appointment.
